Overview

There is no “one size fits all” model for leadership. This brand-new series of workshops explores women’s unique leadership styles and offers techniques on how to capitalize—rather than compromise—on the differences often found between men and women. We will provide practical tips and guidance to help you harness your strengths and enhance your effectiveness in the workplace, while still maintaining authenticity.

You will realize your full potential in professional environments that increasingly rely on collaboration, persuasion, and good communication.

Take just one day to network with other professional women, or attend all three workshops, saving more than 10% on tuition across the series. Benefit from insights and tools to boost your morale in traditional control/command environments, focus your performance, and enable your development.

In February, work on your communication and negotiating skills with help from gender communications expert Connie Glaser, former White House press secretary Dee Dee Myers, expert negotiator Deborah Kolb, and the host of NPR’s Tell Me More, Michel Martin.

In June, gain fresh perspectives on work/life balance and learn how to best manage your own energy.

In September, discover how to connect across cultures, building new and valuable relationships. Learn how to navigate a new organization’s culture, succeed in traditionally male environments, and work with people from cultures unsupportive of female leaders.
